DHS suffers from Internet Security Attacks. At the hand of its employees web surfing... Of course, internet security should be accounted for in any infrastructure. DHS more so than most facilities. So, a budget of $332 Million for Internet Security identities seems, reasonable? One would think the laundry list of insecurities can be resolved with some good old common sense and attention to security. This thinking could cut the budget by $100M, just by treating the data like one would lock the door to their home. It must be good to be a security consultant for DHS.. Eh!?!

Minor and Major Breaches?? Hmm... I would imagine is the following cost of laundry list of incidents is < 1% of the yearly 330M+ budget IT Security budget; ok..I can downplay its signifigance...I guess!?!
